You may cancel your reservation free of charge if you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of your stay. Cancellations made within this time frame will not incur any penalties, and you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled check-in or fail to show up, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total cost of the reservation as a late cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for late cancellations or no-shows.
